What’s a Frequent Buyer Program?
Powered by Astro Loyalty, Frequent Buyer Programs are a way for our favorite brands to reward your loyalty. It’s only offered in small, independent stores like Hungry Tails.
It doesn’t require for you to multiple carry cards in your wallet!
How does it work?
You’ll need to enroll in our store. We do not enroll customers automatically, so if you want to take advantage of any of the programs, let us know!
Your Astro account will create an electronic “punch card” online. Every time you come to the store and buy a qualifying item, it will be added to your card. Please remind us that you are in the frequent buyer program, so we can register your purchase, just as you’d do with a physical card.
Since it’s for independent stores like us, online purchases can’t be added to your frequent buyer programs. You can, however, buy online and pick it up at the store, where we can register your purchases in their respective programs.
Once you reach the brand’s minimum quantity necessary for a free item, pick your option from our selection and start again!
Most brands require that the customer completes the program in the same store, so we can’t accept cards from other stores, and some have a timeline to complete them so make sure you read the fine print of each program.
