What’s the Hungry Tails by Astro Loyalty Frequent Buyer Program?

The Frequent Buyer Program, powered by Astro Loyalty, is our way of rewarding your loyalty with your favorite brands. This exclusive program is only available at small, independent stores like Hungry Tails.

No Need for Multiple Cards!

You won’t need to carry multiple cards in your wallet. Here’s how it works:

How It Works:

Enroll in Store: We try our best to enroll you at check out time but if we miss it, simply let us know you want to join the program of the item you are buying, if available.
Electronic Punch Card: Your Astro account will create an electronic “punch card” online. Each time you buy a qualifying item in-store, it will be added to your card. Remind us you’re in the program so we can register your purchase.
Track your Punch Cards: If you want to know how close you are to a free item, ask us at the store when you check out or download the Astro Loyalty App and sign in with the email you used at our store. Here for Apple Apps and here for Google Apps
In-Store Purchases Only: This program is for independent stores, so online purchases can’t be added. However, you can buy online and pick up in-store, where we can register your purchases.

Once you reach the brand’s required quantity for a free item, you can choose your reward from our selection and start accumulating purchases again in a new electronic punch card!
